Delivery Policy
Do you deliver anywhere in Quebec? How much does delivery cost?
We offer delivery anywhere in Quebec and Canada.
- We offer free shipping on all orders of $174.95 or more before taxes.
- For orders under $174.95 before taxes, a flat fee of $15.95 applies. If, due to weight or size, the package exceeds the flat fee, we will contact you to notify you of the surcharge.
- In-store pickup is always available during business hours.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing and assembly takes between 2 and 4 business days. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. So please be patient and keep an eye on your inbox. Deliveries usually take between 5 and 10 days.
However, due to slow carriers, shipping delays, holidays, and the distance between cities, it can sometimes take up to 15 days, so it depends on where you live!

My order hasn’t arrived after 15 days. Why?
If you do not receive your purchase within 15 days of placing your order, we can resend your order or give you a full refund. In any case, please contact AD Hoc Sport at 514-313-1509 or by email at contact@adhocsports.ca.
What about customs fees?
Our shipping costs cover delivery only! Customs duties and taxes are governed by each country of final destination and are beyond our control. The fees you pay us cover the cost of products arriving in your country. All customs fees upon arrival are your responsibility. We do not have access to the rates for each country.
