Refund and Return Policy
Summary
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Clothing and helmets must be in their original packaging and unused within 10 days of purchase.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Certain personalized cosmetic items.
- Clearance items are final sales. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing reimbursements
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is recorded.

Items for sale
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchanges, refunds only. Send us an email at contact@adhocsports.ca and send your item to: 509 Principale, St-Blaise-sur-Richelieu, QC J0J 1W0.
Shipping and returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 509 Principale, St-Blaise-sur-Richelieu, QC J0J 1W0.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
